8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Autodesk Gallery One Market Street, Floor 2 San Francisco, CA 94105
Autodesk, Forward Global, and Morrison Foerster are excited to host an interactive half-day program to provide pre-IPO and public companies, founders, and philanthropists with tools and best practices to prioritize positive impact—and reduce negative impact—that are accretive to valuation and meet the demands of the capital markets.
“Impact” is generally defined as an emphasis on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in addition to financial returns. With increasing social disruptions and a projected economic recession, stakeholder expectations are mounting as the impact of corporate action on social, environmental, and economic welfare is becoming more clearly defined. To clarify impact risks and opportunities, we will discuss the tools that companies can employ to promote positive impact: financial, social, and environmental.
Please save the September 10th date and watch for more information in the coming weeks, with additional confirmed speakers and the full agenda of sessions for the program. If you would like to register early, please use the RSVP buttons at the top or bottom of this save the date. The initial confirmed speakers and sessions for the program include the following.
How pre-public companies can enhance positive impact and distinguish themselves in public markets
How founders and executives can navigate individual and family wealth – Forward Global leaders will share innovative impact models, candid insights, and “what I wish I would have known”
The program is co-hosted by Joe Speicher, Chief Sustainability Officer at Autodesk, Renee Kaplan, Chief Executive Officer at Forward Global, and Susan H. Mac Cormac, Global Co-chair of the ESG and Social Enterprise + Impact Investing practices at Morrison Foerster.
This is the third event in our series. We hosted the first event in San Francisco in May 2023, followed by the September 2023 event in New York.
